Bangle Size Guide

Bangle sizes are the inner diameter in inches, written in sixteenths: 2.4 is 2¼", 2.6 is 2⅜", 2.8 is 2½". Closed bangles must pass over the knuckles, so measure your hand, not your wrist.

Size Inner diameter Hand circumference Fits
2.2 5.4 cm 17 cm Very slim
2.4 5.7 cm 18 cm Slim — most common
2.6 6.0 cm 19 cm Medium
2.8 6.35 cm 20 cm Broad
2.10 6.7 cm 21 cm Large

Measure a bangle you own

Lay it flat and measure inside edge to inside edge at the widest point. Match the centimetres above.

Measure your hand

  1. Touch your thumb to the base of your little finger.
  2. Wrap a thread around the widest part of the hand, over the knuckles, without pulling tight.
  3. Measure the thread. That is your hand circumference — read the size from the third column.

Between sizes?

Size up for closed bangles. Hinged bracelets and openable kadas are free size — no measuring needed. Not sure? Send us your measurement on WhatsApp and we will confirm before dispatch.
