Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from Solah Singar (www.solahsingar.com), operated in India.

Products. Everything we sell is imitation (artificial) jewellery: plated base-metal alloy with glass, kundan, enamel or cubic-zirconia stones. Nothing on this site is gold, silver or precious stone, and nothing is represented as such. Colours may vary slightly between screens and daylight.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where offered. We may cancel and refund an order if a price was listed in error or an item is unavailable.

Orders. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. Orders placed over WhatsApp are governed by these same terms.

Shipping, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site. Content, photographs and product names are ours; please do not reproduce them without permission. Reviews you submit may be displayed on the site.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
